宝云财经网讯 破产的加密贷款机构 Genesis 将和其母公司 DCG 在纽约法庭就偿还债权人的计划展开对话，自 2022 年 11 月几家大型加密公司倒闭后，这些债权人的数字资产和现金在该平台上被冻结。Sean Lane 法官将决定 Genesis 的提议是否获得破产法授权。周一的审判预计将至少持续几天。（Bloomberg）
